your young and fun wedding team
Bow Tied Weddings started in 2015 when founder, Matthew Davey, noticed there weren't any Young & Fun Wedding DJs with exciting personalities and thought it was time that void be filled. With a decade of experience entertaining nightlife, college parties, and weddings, Matthew created a brand and system for our DJs to replicate. In fact, the first DJ he hired had the personality, but very little experience with weddings. Even so, of the 70 weddings that DJ did in their first 3 years, 35 reviews were given, all receiving 5-stars. This can be attributed to the Bow Tied Weddings business model of extensively training each and every DJ to a high standard. Today, Bow Tied Weddings is a leader in wedding entertainment and you will find 5-star reviews in each and every market we service.
Here at Bow Tied Weddings, we are very passionate about our involvement with each and every wedding. We love getting to know each and every couple, get to know their story, and figure out exactly what they are looking for in our services. Couples that book us not only place their dance party high on their priority list, but also want our signature Directors of Music and Ceremonies to expertly guide their wedding day. We believe throwing a great party means maximizing the potential success of the dance floor. There are many ways that can be accomplished and we have plenty of suggestions for you. We just want you and your guests to have the most memorable experience possible.
With the idea of making the planning process easier for our couples, we partnered with Kristine Pringle Photographers, so that couples can have confidence in a reliable team of core vendors. Our goal is make sure couples not only get the dance party they want, but also get great photos to help them relive it. And if you book both of us, we'll give you a 10% discount on our services!
We pride ourselves in being the young & fun team with experience in weddings, being your friends throughout planning and guide every wedding from the first meeting to the send-off.
